Today's Verse of the Day

Today's Verse of the Day is From Malachi 3:10 KJV Translation: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. NKJV Translation: Bring you all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in my house, and prove me now herewith, said the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Prayer

Prayer Rev. Lynwood F. Mundy Heavenly Father, I come thanking You for the beginning of a new day in Jesus name. Hallelujah! Without Your grace and mercy I would be asleep in my grave.
As this week begin, I would pray this prayer of mine to urge the Christian society to heed this song first stanza and Refrain:  Onward Christian Soldiers      1. Onward, Christian soldiers, Marching as to war, With the cross of Jesus Going on            before! Christ, the royal Master, Leads against the foe, Forward into battle See               His banner go!
Refrain Onward, Christian soldiers, Marching as to war, With the cross of Jesus Going on before!
We live in a world that is full of hatred, wars, rumor of wars, family members against each other, governments crumbling from within, terrorism, Christians being killed for their religious beliefs, church's burned, earthquakes in divers places, nt knowing what season you are in because of the weather, flowers and trees blooming and giving of its fruits out…

Love is irrational. It requires doing things that compromise every survival instinct.
Moses tells God’s people to have a memory of what God has done among them and to love Him as a result: “And you shalllove Yahweh your God, and you shall keephisobligationsandhis statutesand his regulationsand his commandments always. And you shall realize today that it is not with your children who have not known and who have not seen the discipline of Yahwehyour God, his greatness, his strong hand, and his outstretched arm” (Deut 11:1–2).

The Bible doesn’t say, “Keep Yahweh’s commandments when you feel like you love Him,” or Keep Yahweh’s commandmentswhen things are going your way.It says, “You shall keep [Yahweh’s] … commandments always.” God’s greatest commandmentsare about loving Him and others (Mark 12:28–31; compareJohn 15:12).

We love God and keep His commandments because He first loved us; we remember w…
