Darius

‎On the left, the relief from Bisotun shows the Persian king Darius in front of the defeated and captured foreign people. They have their hands tied on the back, and their necks tied to each other. Above their heads hovers the Persian god Ahura Mazda who presents Darius with the ring of the ruler.
