6   a   Cause                                                   For because of this you also pay taxes,

     b   Reason                                                      for they are God’s ministers

     c   Expansion                                                      attending continually to this very thing.

7   a   Command                                  ^fRender therefore to all their due:

          Supplied                                          are due,

     c   Illustration                                      customs to whom customs,

     d   Illustration                                      fear to whom fear,
