Wednesday New Year - Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You with praise, glory, and humility of this supplication for Your grace and mercy to live to see January 01, 2020! Hallelujah! Me and others that are of the Christian faith, and born again, thank You, Father!
Every day was not a bed of roses - without some adversities: sickness, deaths, financial, jobless, not knowing where our shelter, food, clothing would come. Always, regardless, we prayed looking to heaven to You to bring us through as You promise. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us (2 Corinthians 1:20; NKJV).
Father, Sir, the next second, minute, hour, day, month, or year is promising, so we praise you this moment for your grace and mercy that has brought us this far regardless of our trials and tribulations. We know that one day we shall be with Him.
4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; [there] shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” 5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new." (Revelation 21:4-5a).
Thank You, Father, for Your Son Jesus that you sent to earth.
14. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so, must the Son of Man be lifted up,
15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. (John 3:14-17)
Those that are lost in their sins and do not know God, and have read this far, this is for you to come to the Lord while blood is still warm in your veins. For this moment of genuinely accepting through faith that God sent His only Son from heaven for your soul. Read the following comparison of saint and sinner:
18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.
20 For everyone practicing, evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” (John 3:18-21).
20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me.
21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. (Revelation 3:20-21).
Your parents, brother(s), sister(s), uncle(s), aunt(s), and cousin(s), cannot save your soul, ONLY, GOD.
Not to frighten those lost in their sins to come to Jesus, I want to leave you with this true story: I preached as a guest speaker at a church and opened the doors of the church as an invitation for secular persons to join. I noticed a young man that wanted to give his life to Jesus but was afraid of unknown reasons. After the church fire, and all began to leave the sanctuary, moments later, gunfire was heard coming from the next block. Tragedy struck the young man.
I ask you wherever you are to come to Jesus because, “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only." (Matthew 24:36).
COME.
In summation of my supplication, thank You, Father, for saving my soul. We praise and glorify You in Your Son Jesus' name. Amen.
Happy New Year!
