Prayer for Today

When a swarm of bees gets about a man, They are above, beneath, around, everywhere stinging, stinging every one, until he Seems to be stung in every part of his body. So, When conscience wakes up the whole hive of our sins, we find ourselves compassed about with innumerable evils: sins at the board on the bed and sins, sins and sins at the task in the pew, sins and sins in the street in the shop, sins on the land and at sea sins, sins of body, soul, and spirit, sins of eye, of lip, of hand, of foot, sins everywhere. It is a horrible discovery When It Seems to the man as if the sin had become omnipresent with him the God-Isaiah 40,135

Conscience
2 Corinthians 1:12-14

Paul's Sincerity

12 For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience That We Conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity to, not with fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God, and more abundantly Toward you. 13 For we are not writing any other things to you than what you read or understand. Now I trust you will understand, even to the end 14 (Also you have the Understood us in part), that we are your boast as you are ours Also, in the day of the Lord Jesus. "

Emoji My Prayer for Today

We have heard of the old proverb: "Let your conscience be you guide".
The Apostle Paul uses the Scripture to let his conscience be his guide for the service of the Lord's. Thus, this was for good and not for evil.

The quotation of Spurgeon CR illustrates the myriad ways That kind of a conscience trying to worship two masters: one good and the other evil in the conscience. "It is a horrible discovery When It Seems to sin as if the man had become omnipresent with the God is to him.

I pray not asking you today to try and serve two (2) god's. Jehovah God is the only divine God to serve. COME NOW, and be saved through Jesus.

In Jesus' name I pray. Amen. - Min Lynwood F. Mundy

Furnishings of the Tabernacle

Furnishings of the Tabernacle . ‎The book of Exodus details the construction of the tabernacle and its furnishings. As Yahweh’s sanctuary, the tabernacle served as God’s dwelling place among the Israelites—the expression of the covenant between Yahweh and His people ( Exod 25:8–9 ).

A Threshing Floor

A Threshing Floor In the ancient world, farmers used threshing floors to separate grain from its inedible husk (chaff) by beating it with a flail or walking animals on it—sometimes while towing a threshing sledge. Sledges were fitted with flint teeth to dehusk the grain more quickly. Other workers would turn the grain over so that it would be evenly threshed by the sledge.

Modern Mount Calvary

Modern Mount Calvary ‎Great authorities are marshaled in favor of both claimants—the church within and the mound without the walls. For a long time, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre was the only traditional spot pointed out as the place of burial. But with the growing influence of the Grotto of Jeremiah, the modern Mount Calvary, a picture of which we give, increased in favor. This whole discussion as to the place where Christ was crucified, and as to the tomb in which His body was placed, turns upon the direction which the walls about Jerusalem took at the time of the crucifixion. If the Church of the Holy Sepulchre was outside the wall at that time, as Dean Stanley thinks it might have been, the chances in favor of its being the place of crucifixion and burial are increased. If, however, the site of this church was inside the wall at that time it is sure that the place of burial and crucifixion was not there, for Christ was crucified outside of the walls of Jerusalem. And ...
